The following categories of passengers, including citizens of the Republic of Moldova, are permitted to travel in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6, 11 and 13:
- Citizens of the Russian Federation;
- Accredited or appointed employees of diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign states in the Russian Federation, as well as their family members;
- Citizens of states with which the Russian Federation has international agreements on visa-free travel for citizens entering the Russian Federation with valid diplomatic or service passports, as well as diplomatic couriers;
- Employees of international organizations and their representative offices, as well as other official representative offices of foreign states located in the territory of the Russian Federation, and their family members;
- Members of official delegations entering the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of a visa or visa-free entry in cases provided for by international treaties of the Russian Federation;
- Persons permanently residing in the territory of the Russian Federation who hold a residence permit for a foreign citizen or stateless person;
- Persons who are family members (spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children), guardians or trustees of citizens of the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of a visa or visa-free entry in cases provided for by international treaties of the Russian Federation, and a copy of a document confirming the family relationship;
- Persons travelling without a visa due to the death of a close relative, provided that they have documents confirming the death and the family relationship;
- Persons holding diplomatic, service or ordinary private visas issued in connection with the death of a close relative, as well as ordinary private visas issued by decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation;
- Persons travelling for medical treatment, subject to the presentation of a visa or visa-free entry in cases provided for by international treaties of the Russian Federation, as well as supporting documents issued by a medical institution indicating the treatment period;
- Foreign citizens and stateless persons engaged in employment activities in the territory of the Russian Federation as highly qualified specialists;
- Persons participating in the voluntary resettlement programme in the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of a visa or visa-free entry in cases provided for by international treaties of the Russian Federation;
- Foreign citizens travelling visa-free in transit through Moscow to third countries, provided that they have a confirmed ticket for onward travel and a medical document (in Russian or English) confirming a negative COVID-19 test result obtained no more than 72 hours before departure.

IMPORTANT!
Within three days of arrival, citizens of the Russian Federation must take a PCR test and upload the result to the www.gosuslugi.ru portal. Foreign citizens travelling on the Chisinau–Moscow route must present a negative PCR test result at Chisinau Airport. The test must have been taken no more than 72 hours before departure to the Russian Federation. Passengers who do not have a negative test result will not be allowed to board the flight.
All passengers are required to wear protective masks and gloves and to carry disinfectant (in a container of no more than 100 ml). Passengers who are not properly equipped will not be allowed to board the aircraft.
We assure you that you will travel in a safe environment. Aircraft are disinfected daily and cleaned after every flight, while cabin crew members are equipped with masks, gloves and disinfectant.
To date, FLYONE has taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety of passengers and crew during flights. FLYONE complies with all conditions and requirements set out in the “Methodological Recommendations on the Organization of Airport and Airline Activities During the Period of Gradual Lifting of Epidemiological Restrictions” issued by the Russian Federation.
